Congress Leaders Prepare Campaign Blueprint for Maharashtra Assembly Elections

Hyderabad: In preparation for the November Maharashtra Assembly elections, the Congress party is meticulously planning to regain power. Senior Congress leaders held a crucial meeting in Mumbai on Saturday, which extended late into the night, to devise a comprehensive campaign strategy.

The meeting was chaired by Maharashtra election in-charge Ramesh Chennithala and former chief ministers Ashok Gehlot, Bhupesh Baghel, Charanjit Singh Channi, along with former Deputy Chief Ministers TS Singh Deo and Parameswaran, participated in the key discussions.

Key election observers, including Telangana Irrigation Minister N Uttam Kumar Reddy, Panchayat Raj Minister Seethakka were also present at the strategy session.

For the first time, Congress has deployed its senior and experienced leaders to take on the ruling BJP-Shinde-led Shiv Sena coalition. The focus of the meeting was to challenge the ruling alliance effectively and bring the Congress party back to power.

Under the leadership of Ramesh Chennithala, the Maharashtra in-charge, the Congress party's high command discussed key issues and strategies.

The strategy meeting was centered around countering the Shiv Sena (Shinde faction)-BJP alliance and restoring Congress to power in Maharashtra.
